Obviously, the company believes there is more profit than their commission and knows they will net more on your home. However, the goal of selling your home is to net more money for you not them. We just received an offer like this on an investment property for $240k. We listed at $299900 and had 40 showing requests in a matter of days.

3. FSBO For Sale By Owner
